Travel plays an important role in the Universal Events experience. Not only is it an exciting perk, but it’s also a way for us to recognize our top producers and meet with industry leaders to learn from them. In fact, sometimes it’s all three of these things, as it was in October when we went on our Partner’s Cruise.
The four-day cruise to the Bahamas was just as much fun as it sounds, and we were joined by industry leaders from all over the world. We shared best practices and discussed what makes each market we work in unique. Oh, and here’s a pro tip: networking is a lot easier when it’s done poolside on a luxury sea-faring vessel.
When we did (reluctantly) return, we felt completely relaxed and rejuvenated. We’ve never felt more ready for a busy holiday season, and it’s a good thing too – Universal Events is poised to have its best Q4 ever. Between our holiday and what we learned from the other superstars we cruised the Bahamas with, we’re sure to have more momentum going into 2020 than we thought possible as well.
Trips like the Partner’s Cruise aren’t an everyday affair, but they’re not uncommon either – at least they’re not for the people on Team Universal Events. To find out how you can be part of our globetrotting organization, follow us on LinkedIn.
