Charitable giving and team-building are both central aspects of the Ultimate Marketing, LLC culture. We’re embracing them by working together to donate hygiene kits to victims of Hurricane Harvey. These kits include shampoo, conditioner, tampons, socks, razors, toothpaste, toothbrushes, and other products.
Jerry S., the Owner of Ultimate Marketing, LLC, says, “Nationwide, we are giving about 10,000 kits. It’s great knowing that we are giving back, but also that we work in an industry that makes doing so a priority. It just makes me prouder to represent such a great cause.”
While we are offering aid to Harvey relief, we are also strengthening our team in the following ways:
• Fostering Trust: The more time we spend together away from the office, the better we get to know each other on a personal level. We build greater trust as we grow closer.
• Increasing Collaboration: Donating to a charitable project is a means of flexing our collective teamwork muscle. We simply gain more practice mixing our diverse talents.
• Honing Communication: Spending time doing something special as a group allows us to interact differently than we do during a regular day at the office. We find new communication techniques that work for us, and take them back to the office.
This giveback project is a win for all.
